Terms and Conditions

1. Rs. 2500/- cost of deviation in case you wish to deviate from the group departure dates as mentioned in the brouchure

2. Cost of Basic Travel Quota ( BTQ ) equivalent to USD 10,000

3. Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels etc.

4. Tips of any nature i.e. driver, guides etc.

5. Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary

6. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by passengers other than that mentioned in ' what you tour price includes'

7. Cost of overseas medical insurance

8. Passengers will have to travel to / from the hub city at their own expenses

9. The cost of air fare included in the above tour cost is based on the fare structure existing as on 09.10.2018. Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel price. change in Government regulations, taxes,       etc., charges by the airline shall be borne by the passengers. SSAITC will not be held responsible for the same

10. USD currency older than 2003 is not accepted in Malaysia

11. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. SSAITC wiil out of the tour arrangement.

12. The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.

13. Early Check in & Check out at the hotels ( Check in & Check out time 14.00 to 12.00 noon )

14. Surcharges for Christmas / New Year / Chinese New Year / Local Events may be applicable or certain departures.

15. As a third person in triple room, the third person will get a roll away bed. The room size may be the same as a double room

16. The above Rates are valide, subject to min 25 full paying passengers

17. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or change in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss on expenses must be borne by the passengers

18. We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel or similar class if deemed advisable or necessary

19. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.

20. SSAITC will not be liable for any loss of baggage by the Airline

21. Tour operates are subject to RBI / GOI regulations

22. Part of the tour cost will be paid in USD. The same will be out of your BTQ.

25. In case the payment is made in Indian Rupees, the USD component will be calculated at prevailing rate of exchange on the day of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1. Within 07-00 days - 100% cancellation charge on Tour Cost

2. Within 14-08 days - 75% cancellation charge on Tour Cost

3. Within 30-15 days - 50% cancellation charge on Tour Cost

4. Incase of No show 100% cancellation will apply

5. Once advance is paid it cannot be refunded

6. if any advance payments are made to any hotels or other suppliers to reserve services, those will be added to cancellation charges.

 

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ALL TOURS

1. The Package Cost are based on Minimum 25 Adults. Incase if the group Size is less than 20 and above 15 Passengers Rs. 2500/- per head will be extra supplement.

2. Our Tour Manager will accompany with entire Trip if the group size is more than 15 and Above

3. For group size less than 15 passengers, our office representative will send off at Airport and our Loval representative will receive the group at first destination

4. Extra Meals charges will be collected during balance payment
