Terms and Conditions
1. Passengers are requested not to wear any jewells or bring any costly items for the Tour
2. Each Passengers should bring One Meal Plate, Tumbler, Water bottle, Torch, Umbrella, Chain Lock for the Tour
3. Due to any reason if the Tour extends more than prescribed number of days. extra charges to be paid by the passenger per head per day as follows
a) Rs. 1500/- for Twin Sharing
b) Rs. 1200/- for Triple Sharing
c) Rs. 1000/- for Child
4. As the Train booking opens 120 days in advance, passengers are requested to Register their names with advance minimum 4 months prior to the departure date
5. Tour Cost are prepared as on 30th October 2020. incase of any hike in Fuel, Hotelier, Train fare or Transportation Charges the difference amount will be collected from the passenger only. The Tour operator will not bare the cost
6. The Departure date will be Calculated as day - 1 even though the Tour Commences either at Morning or Evening and Vive Versa for Arrival date.
7. The Meals will be provide until last day upto to 4 hours prior to arrival time of the Train (during Meals time)
8. During Train Journey Meals will be provided from the Railway Catering Service
9. Normally the Hotel Check - in time is 12.00 Noon. Early Check - in's are subject to availability of Rooms. In that cast only few rooms will be provided on Sharing basis for Refreshment Only
10. Luggage should not exceed 25 Kg per person
11. The Tour Operator is not responsible if the Sightseeing Places are not covered in full due to any strike, Bundh, Train Delay, Holiday or delay caused by the Passengers and no Compensation will be give for the same.
12. Normal Water will be provided at hotel during Meals time. Other Places like Train and druing Sightseeing. Passengers have to Carry their own water bottle.
13. Each Passenger has to Carry any One Original Photo ID during the Tour such as Voter ID / Aadhar ID / Driving License / Pan Card ( Not Valid for Nepal Tour )
14. Tour Program will be sent 10 days perior to the departure date of the Tour.
15. Tour Operatot has rights to change or Alter the Tour Program and departure date from time to time.
16. If the Tour is cancelled by the Tour Operator ( Sri Swarnambigai All India Travel Company ) full amount will be refunded through cheque within 30 days from cancelled date.
17. Travel Insurance can be provided on extra cost.
18. Tour Operator will not be responsible for any loss or delay or any inconvience caused during the Tour
19. Tour Cost are based on Minimum 45 Persons per group. Incase the group size falls less than 35 Adults, extra charge will be collected along with the Tour Cost as follows :
a) Group Size from 25 to 34 Persons
Rs. 1000/- per head extra
b) Group Size from 15 to 24 Persons
Rs. 1500/- per head extre
20. Passengers are subject to the Terms and Condition of Railway Authority and Indian Association of Tour Operator.
Cancellation Policy
1. a) Tour No. 1 : Tour Cancelled by the party 30 days prior to the departure date. The cancellation charges will be Rs. 3000/- per head
b) Tour No. 2 to 6 : Tour Cancelled by the party 30 days prior to the departure date. The cancellation charges will be Rs. 5000/- per head
c) Tour No. 7 to 17 : Tour Cancelled by the party 30 days prior to the departure date. The cancellation charges will be Rs. 7500/- per head
2. If the Tour Cancelled by Party between 29 to 20 days prior to the departure date of the Tour Coast will be the Cancellation Charge
3. If the Tour Cancelled by Party between 19 to 15 days prior to the departure date of the Journey 75% of the Tour Cost will be the Cancellation Charge.
4. If the Tour Cancelled by the party before 14 days from the departure date of the Journey 100% Tour Cost will be Cancellation Charge ( No Refund )
5. If the Passenger return from Tour due to any reason no refund or compensation will be given
6. During the Tour any disturbance caused by Railway department ( or ) Transporter ( or ) any other reasons the Tour Operator is not responsible and no Compensation ( or ) refund will be provided for the same
GENERAL INFORMATION : ( RESERVATION )
1. PAYMENT can be made by cash in person or either by cheque or through online transfer favaouring ' SRI SWARNAMBIGAI ALL INDIA TRAVEL COMPANY '
2. For Passenger travelling under LTC, LTC Certificate will be issued after completion of the Tour
3. Sri Swarnambigai All India Travel Company does not undertake any responsible for Non reimbursement of LFC / LTC claims.

All disputes are subject to Salem Jurisdictions
